The House Location is excellent and very private. The House itself is really nice. But the house is not practical or well equipped for the price you are paying. Does not have enough plates, cups, glass, does not have Wine or champagne glasses. The oven was broken. One of the beds broke. The 2 rooms facing the beach does not have curtains, not giving privacy. And in the sunrise the Sun hits your face and then the sun is so strong is imposible to stay in the bed. The main bedroom does not have a closet. There were no hungers in the any closet. The upsatairs heating system was broken, someone came to fix it but the repair didnt work. So we had no heating the whole week. The Oven in the kitchen didn't work, even though they broght a portable oven, we were not able to cook some of the food we wanted. Very Frustrated on this situations. Ryson did respond to all of our concerns and did a wondeful job. But this house is just appearance. You paid ( A LOT OF MONEY) just for the look. But not for comfort or luxury. Be aware of that. Ryson said they will compensate Us economically for all this situations. I hope they maintain their word. Will see.
